I so much hate it when you get "Aladura" places of worship springing up on every street. They care not if they extend their madness to residential areas. That's one of the reasons I love it over here. Things like that aren't allowed to happen and if they do, all you need to do is pick up the phone and anonymously report the offenders to the authorities. The threat to take away their license and shut down their establishment is enough to keep the owners of randy, rowdy, places of worship in check.

That time this preggy was wiring me. After all d night vigil and luckily sleep came,na so the man come start his own.
I didn't know when I went out. Only God knows what I told him that early morning
Hubby was busy laughing. I don't blame him.

It's a gradual build up. I think the most important thing is to find the exercise you enjoy doing the most. That way, sticking to it won't feel like a burden. To tell you the truth, I never really thought jogging will be the one for me. How wrong was I?
