If your downpayment is not $2million or better theres no way you're buying a house like that in New York, even if you live upstate. Thats a $15-20million house Im looking at just from the section shown in the pic. She's not a U.S citizen or resident so for a house like that she's either coming up with the full cost of the house, or a down payment of like 70-85%. So, except she somehow coughed up like $12million....

Common sense tells me this pic was culled from the internet.
