The consolidated suit seeking to disqualify the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress,  Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has been adjourned to Wednesday.

The judgment on the suit, praying the court to disqualify Buhari from the presidential race for various allegations surrounding his certificate,  had earlier been fixed for Tuesday at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

No court at this stage can disqualify GMB. All these are mere formalities to add weight to the keenly contested seat of ultimate territorial power.

It shouldn't even be done so we can get something to cheer about during the elections.

And if God has done all these, no power, jupiter, propaganda, rigging, etc can stand against it

They can adjourn the case till 2019,it doesn't stop the change from moving. Buhari is unstoppable!

They should have closed this case long before now. Why does the judiciary always delay critical cases.

The case of the defection of some legislooters from PDP to APC is still in court 1 yr after the case was started.

This Buhari case, trying to disqualify him will be meaninglesss if it is not concluded before the election.
