No court in Nigeria will disqualify Buhari at this point since the act would be tantamount to a declaration of war. The judge who renders such a judgement may not be around to see his judgement thrown out by the supreme court.

Why do u people thrive on threats? In the event of a war today, how many Nigerians have what it takes to survive without jobs and money for at least 2 months? Let us be mature. Our lives have never depended on elections. Either party may win or lose, life continues. None of them is gonna add an inch to my life. I believe though that in the interest of public policy and the general good, the Judge might deliver a judgment that could even go against the grain of the facts of the case.
