Depends on how uneducated the rich dude is. Illiteracy can make someone very unattractive real fast. Imagine him talking about me saying, "My wife, HE is wonderful" , just like some guys I've heard saying the same thing.

Education is subjective like most things in life. A good grasp of the English language is a must for me. He must at least be able to do that & since the OP didn't specify, I think I'm allowed to fill in the gaps on my own. Satisfied?

Education to me doesn't really matter especially in this age when you can get a certificate with cool cash, as long as he has a good grasp of English and is smart I'm good to go.
