I haven't exercised for nearly a week now myself. I think I pulled something...muscle / tendon just above my left knee. I was 45 mins into my run (3rd lap when it happened). Fortunately, na for front of house, so I just had to hobble back home.

And to think that the last two days before, I had increased the tempo and was doing 7 laps (1hr 55 mins). To tell you say the thing vex me nor be small. But it's a lot better now. Fortunately / unfortunately, aunty red came a'visiting, so valid excuse to step back and rest jare. I'll start again in a day or two (slowly) and take it from there.

Efe and Chili,can you beat this? I My group did 20 KM. I am not sure i got to the 9km mark before jejely discharging. No be competition abeg,the bones are getting older and feeble.

Yep, I published my debut novel last year. The e-version is available in over 10 retail outlets including Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Apple i-store, and a host of others...

I saw a couple jogging one way. They are like 70 something. The man was in front and was walking., waiting his wife to meet up as soon as he saw me, he started jogging.i was like , men never change. Always trying to impress. Even at that age.

But for just six months for possessing an unregistered gun but he didn't go to prison for the main offense he was accused of because he got cleared.
