I study English,I know well about incorporating slangs into our diction and Your in place of You are is not slang.Its an attempt to shorten spoken words in speech.

Which is why you have it as You are welcome,in other cases,you can informally write it down as You'r welcome.A blend of You and Are in speech production can give you Your after eliminating the first vowel sound and retaining the last vowel,but Are as a single vowel not two,therefore its easy to construct Your from You Are.

This is only plausible informally when spoken orally,but when written,it is wrong to express You Are as Your even informally.
