If Buhari has any initiative at all he will allow d program go on along with you win and gwin. This programs are not just providing jobs and training graduates and providing dem with one yr work experience most recruiting companies ask for,they are helping SME. s grow by assisting dem to pay for staff dey might not originally be able to pay for.
He should not change dis one rather he can add his free food which will help grow delivery and catering services and 5 k to grads to already existing platforms
