look at kettle calling pot black ,you just called the president elect Judas Iscariot, after the massive rigging carried out under you as the chief rigger of the ibom people ,if you are so sure that the president has perform credibly well then he should not have been rejected by the ibom electorate that lead to your rigging.just relax kirikiri is open for your admission.

Igbos are a powerful tribe in my opinion .But they don't know who their leaders are . Everyone is claiming a leader , but as the political calculation is now , the igbos need to align themseil with APC. . Why ? When power return to the south it will be between them and the southwest , so if they are in the opposition , it will be difficult to negotiate for power, because the North may favour the the west and you know the voting strength of the north , you people can't do it alone with the south / south . But if they are in the scheme of things with the APC Government it can be a realisable dream . My own opinion sha !

Now back to PDP: You know most of the problems that brought down PDP today was caused by you. Immediately you saw the billions of naira accruing to Akwa Ibom State, you became puffed up. You began to isolate the founders of PDP in Akwa Ibom State. Buoyed by the petro-billions of the State under your beck and call you began to build a fiefdom in which only you called the shots. Although you never liked President Goodluck Jonathan when he was vice president, yet you soon wormed your way into Aso Rock and continued with your evil at that level.

The internal dismantling of PDP started with your closeness to the President. You misled him to destroy the party with the assurance of our money. You worked for the removal of Chief Don Etiebet as member of PDP Board of Trustees. I read in the Daily Independent then that the President told you to allow Governor Rotimi Amaechi to do another term as Chairman of Nigerian Governor’s Forum (NGF). You told the President to allow you deal with Governor Amaechi once and for all. So you pushed for the NGF election to remove Amaechi contrary to the president’s views. At the election you became the architect of the undemocratic arithmetic where 16 became more than 19 to the embarrassment of all Nigerians. And the die was cast for the dismantling of PDP.

This was how your aggrandizement initiated the problems of PDP. Your actions gave rise to the “New PDP”. You called the dissenting PDP governors “JUDAS” and tried to ridicule them. As election approached you misled the President to think that his success depended solely on PDP governors. So strong PDP leaders were isolated and made inconsequential. You destroyed PDP just like you already did back home.
The result is the humiliation of the 22 PDP governorship aspirants in Akwa Ibom State who scored no votes in your orchestrated primaries.

Think about this: did the PDP win any State in the North where the “New PDP” governors preside? No! Not even Niger and Jigawa States, where the governors later stayed back! Today all the swag of Abuja power you deluded in, is gone! Change has come! Do you think change will not also come to Akwa Ibom State? You will soon find out that God has anointed the All Progressives Congress to sanitize the confusion you created in Akwa Ibom State. Surely, Umanah Okon Umanah will take over the leadership of our State, and restore morality, stop the unresolved murders, kidnappings and looting.

May I ask, please, Gov. Godswill Akpabio what are you really looking for? At a time of sober reflection, which the elections should present, you still continue with your rampage. The same way you divided Nigerians and saw the result in the defeat of PDP at the national level, you started with Akwa Ibom State. Never at a time are Akwa Ibom people have been so divided along ethnic and sectional lines as under you. You have even asked Akwa Ibom youths to rise against their parents. You had boasted that whoever wanted to contest election without your blessing will die! What a demi-god! Please what moral legacy are you leaving for your children and our people?

During the 28th March, 2015 elections you paid some Abak and Ikot-Obioko youths to waylay me in my constituency. This was in line with your boasts that we the elders of the State in the APC would not secure any vote for General Muhammadu Buhari and for our National Assembly candidates. Paid youths led by your commissioner for information, Aniekan Umanah moved in with hordes of policemen and military men and laid siege on my village. And you think you will not regret these? Has your swag not come to an end with your dismantling and unraveling of the PDP? So what does it profit you to corrupt our youths to act like hooligans just because of power, which is so transient!

You have amassed wealth, used our commonwealth to ‘uncommonly transform’ PDP at the national level. The ‘uncommonness’ of your transformation of PDP led to disgrace of founding fathers, isolation and loss of power

Yes they are tribalistic. Those states you're talking about are Christian states
GJames:
SS and SE claiming the North and SW are tribalistic by voting GEJ out. GEJ won three states in the North, one in the west, got 2 million+ votes from both region. Buhari lost in the entire SS and SE with less than 600,000 votes altogether. Who is tribalistic here
Re: Why We Gave Jonathan Nearly 1 Million Votes — Akpabio by shammah1(m): 11:18pm On Apr 03, 2015
No way!
Bevista:
President Jonathan was heavily favoured and supported in Akwa Ibom. However, he would not have won a free & fair election by that embarrassing margin.

Being in Uyo during the elections, I can confirm to you that the rigging was monumental. A certain video is being circulated on social media as proof. The real total turnout of voters wouldn't even be up to 600k.

With Jonathan's loss, Akpabio's clout has left him, and he is no more the mini-god he has thought of himself.

Akwa Ibom State is embracing change come April 11th. Umana Okon Umana (APC) is the next governor!

AKPABIO is so boring, his punishment will be the boredom of the senate where he will have to raise his hands up like a primary school student before he is allowed to speak. He will also be cut out and told he is out of order, when he makes comment like this one.

check the voter turnout. more 80 percent. that is impossible in nigeria bro.
actually Kano have more than 4.5 million registered voters of which just above 2 million actually voted ie less than 50% turnout likewise katsina just less than 70% turnout. What is the %tage turnout of Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Bayelsa & Anambra?

Can you tell me why you think it was rigged and that of Kano and Katsina wasn't?
because in those states, the results were going online as they were being concluded in individual polling booths. the results from individual polling booths were already in the public domain of the social media before the collation by INEC. The results were declared at polling booths and pasted.

But what happened in Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Delta etc., there was in fact a total blackout of results from the SE and SS. All over the nation people were wondering what was happening?

Specifically in Akwa Ibom, Rivers, and Delta, we didn't see the beginning and middle of the election process, we only saw the end. It was not so in the entire North and South West .

GEJ ruled as a true Civilian president unlike the Conspirator OBJ who "figths corruption" when the tides is against him. A bully and traitor from time beign.
But all this conspiration against GEJ will backfire soon. I keep saying it.

FOUR MAJOR REASONS WHY JONATHAN ACCEPTED DEFEAT EASILY

No Civilian President would have done lesser than what Jonathan does(Accepting defeat). All the other presidents who stuck to power in the past have military background, so Jona hasn't done anything spectacular and I don't think he has made any history contrary to the songs many people here are singing.

Now here are my reasons for saying he hasn't made any history:

1. There are international observers everywhere and any nonsense will get him Gbagboed into International prison because they have declared the election as FREE AND FAIR. Remember Charles Taylor, Laurent Gbagbo and Gaddafi. They are all soldiers who are not scared a bit of prison or death, that's why they never stopped fighting. But for GEJ, he is not strong; a civillian like you and I, not ready to languish in prison. Obama himself made allusion to Nigeria election a day before it held, so that is enough to send some sensation of fear into the spine of any African president who has no military background. Jona himself has been made to sign peace treaty twice and also interviewed internationally and made to vow that their would be a credible election.

2. The earlier he agrees with Buhari, the better for him because no matter what he does, BUHARI is ready to suck him dry of the national wealth he has amassed for himself over the years and possibly dump him in prison. You will remember his wife shouting that she wasn't ready to feed her husband in prison. Jonathan is not a strong person at heart, so you should expect him to be scared of prison, unlike the likes of Buhari, Obj and other military converts.
So, calling Buhari on phone isn't a big deal at all, since that would be the last appeal he could do so that his punishment could be lessened. With this, by the time Buhari start crying out loud that Jonathan has done this and that, we the gullible Nigerians will start calling Buhari a wicked man and saying "upon how Jona called this man on phone, yet he is still exposing him that way." That is what we call APPEAL TO PITY(Fallacy)

3. With JEGA's intellectually calm and astute response to Mr Odubebe's bei bei bei, the whole world has already judged the man as a very shrewd and unbiased man, so I don't see any court case or rejection of the election result standing at all. Surely, Jega will defend himself and win in all cases. Also, everyone knows that Jona would have made many advances to Jega in attempts to bribe him; surely JEGA will reveal those advances in court and the story would be 'no story at all.'

4. Jona had to act this way(you all know he is a Nollywood actor) just to buy the apathy of many gullible Nigerians (especially the 'prophet says' and the 'Jona is a gentleman' type). He hasn't done anything well for the past six years, so by gently walking away, he wants to use that to gain last-minute popularity. Well, good luck to him but I ain't buying his ideas.[/b]
Jonathan was in power since 2007

Where is the man that gave birth to you, is he not a Nigerian?

He should come out and contest now

Nasarawa is 50-50. Plateau and Benue are Christian states yet Buhari got 50% in total from the 2 states. Taraba is a majority Christian state that's why Jonathan won it. Adamawa is a 55-45 Christians and Muslims. Borno is 70-30 Muslim state so what are you saying?

Nassarawa is not a christian state, besides GEJ got 215,000, 100,000+ votes from these muslim states.

they are so shallow minded, most Nigerians have always been tho. Hoping on a change they ain't so sure of, change they can only imagine, change they only see in their dreams. They have forgotten so soon that this same old and deteriorating grand pa was once the GCFRN CCFRN etc of this same country(when he was way younger) and yet never made any change. What kinda change could he possibly make now when he's old and weak, when he's fast becoming a vegetable. I seriously think his wife is doing him no good cos she's the only person who should be talking some sense into him at this point. When will the young ones become leaders? Or are the children not grown yet? I weep for this country, even the so called international leaders are so biased and blind, what can an old dieing man offer this country?
