As regards old cases, there may be some forgiveness. What he is empathic about is that corruption will have no place in the incoming administration.

So from the above quote of mine, all you can deduce is that i'm threatening war!? There are many forms 'trouble' can take when a country is divided along ethnic, religious and partisan lines without outright war necessarily being the outcome! Especially if a part feel they're being victimized, cheated, derided, and subjugated by the rest......even when it's apparent the offending part is equally guilty of the same offences they're accusing others of!
