@ Babyosisi I doubt you would have ate as much as I did. I have been a GLUTTON ALL DAY. 3 plates of Jollof Rice, fried chicken, Suya, 2 cans of Dr Pepper, Egusi Soup & all sorts, all in one day, say na Easter I dey do. My estimate so far is a Minimum of 5,000 Calories...

I have a popular beach 10min drive from my family house.
A lake 10min drive.
A small beach for boat rides et all, 15min walk.

Made egusi with brocoli

2 spoons of palm oil with tomatoes to add in color.

Taste like egusi. No difference for my mouth.
But for sure more healthy

I actually made aubergine sauce to go with it,but i was so in a rush...

I don't really eat eba or pondo. If I post the pics, you go just hiss

It's like a ball in my palm. I eat lots of soup and meat and rarely eat the swallow.

Anyway, I use either plantain flour or potato puree
