If its nt, pls help wt suggestns on healthy things I can take or do while I wait for MS to pass o. Pls help. 10x in advance

Wow! I stumble on this thread once and lost track of it,luckily I got it again! Beautiful stories! It's my first pregnancy, and my bundle of joy comes this April,seriously the thought of the day coming closer gives me some horrifying shock but having heard all these beautiful stories...like the Hebrew women,I and all the April mommies will deliver by God's grace.

Go easy on the sweets, teeth is generally weakest during pregnancy. Mantain a good dental hygene to avoid going for teaparty in ur dentist office.

u can break a little portion of bitter kola & suck on it like sweet or chew on ice chips

you can try garden egg u know it has and leaves bitter sweet taste in ur mouth so with that pepper sauce it worked for me like magic
