Temptation and to b tempted is normal, resistance from temptation takes the Grace of God to overcome. I understand ur plights, but what I will tell you is to engage your self with serious preayer and fasting.

This is part of the problem. He does not need a priest or any other magical or supernatural intervention. What he needs is to change the way he thinks.He may need to see a psychiatrist but definitely no magic. Confession is a good thing but again you can confess to your mom your dad your friends or your siblings trust me that is much better than confessing to any person who will exploit you in God's name.
