I don't believe you're convinced the sex is your problem. First you say you prayed. Then you say you would love to see a psychologist and go to rehab. And shortly afterwards you say your 2*365*3 partner has stolen your destiny.

If I a mere mortal can see your apparent lack of conviction, then even God can.
When you are truly sorry and repentant for not just throwing away a life God has given you to the devil, enjoying the act for so long, going back to sin after asking for forgiveness the first time, and shaming His spirit....when you are truly convinced you have sinned, go back to God and beg him to turn your life around. Then He will listen to you.
