3 NON INDIGENE SHOULD PAY MORE TAX
4 ALL EMPLOYER OF NON INDEGENE SHOULD BE MADE TO PAY MORE TAX

On the basis that Lagos is not in Nigeria and has not been the capital till the recent past.

On the basis that I require a Visa to go to Lagos as a foreigner?

Please tell me the basis of allowance.

It is this phantom basis of "allowance " that your Oba has latched unto to make his despicable statements.

Guy youre obviously of higher intellect than that fellow. i know how irritating it gets when you see people write stuff like these. Note two things as is the pattern

1. Youre going to add value to his life by way of knowledge of what he was too intellectually devoid of reasoning on his own and when this dawns on him;

2. Hes going to resort to baseless insults and probably swear words to end the conversation.

Ask him how much in taxes hes paid in all of his life towards the development of the state to warrant this much ranting, then secondly one square inch of land that can possibly be associated with him either in deed or with certificate of ownership.

Btw, Abuja belongs to some set of people originally. Making it a Federal Capital doesn't take away the rightful ownership but just a bigger responsibility and National management.

Nigeria will either strengthen up or split up. We can't be living in the 21st century,enjoying its magics,even though we don't understand his it works and still be taking refuge in our tribal affiliations in order to hide our weaknesses and impose our primitive imstincts on others.

Lagos can not be a sort after mega slum without Nigerians,not yorubas. Take out the rest of Nigerians from Lagos,it will be like deflated tire and its commercial value will be the same as places like Ibadan or ife.

Lagos natives didn't do that either. A traditional ruler did and his action has been condemned several times. Since when did one person represent an entire tribe or ethnic group? Even if he was a representative, a public and humble apology has been made by both individuals and political figures.

We have apologized for what another person said. Not once, not twice. Do we really need to go on and on over this matter? For how long?

Personally, I don't expect Igbos to be moved by threats.

Can we just move one already and stop this Lagos-ownership baseless debate?

If the Oba of Lagos the paramount traditional ruler of Lagos does not represent a people then who does?

Yes he is human and can err, but since he is human, he should also be able to apologize.

For his subjects to now throw their weight behind him and say that he is above apology then they also share in his short comings.
