I think everyone is automatically moving to the next stage.

Oh lest I forget. I'm not in the race for employment. Just been there and like helping folks out if I can. Sometimes the computerized HR system does a very good job of screening out potential candidates unless you know of ways of circumventing it's protocols and there aren't many ways to do that, but sometimes you just might get lucky.

I never knew they dropped some people after the cultural Q. I thought moving to the numerical Q stage is automatic

Well, it's the usually the first test for them to know if you are suitable with their organisational culture. The concept is a VERY important variable for modern organisations. They need people who can fit in. People who can really be a part of the system. So, if you do not cut it via the responses to the questions asked, they drop you immediately as you're seen as a potential mis-fit that equals organisational trouble. I'm sure you understand.

NOTE: PLEASE I DO NOT WORK WITH BAT. My summations are just conclusions I've come to based on my knowledge about the HR process and time spent applying for jobs (yes, it happened to me too! which means you WILL rise out of this state too!).

I think there is a way out though for those with the "reject" thingy on their HR Status tab.

I like what you're doing here...just read through your posts. Good luck in all your endeavors as you're helping others too.
