Yes, and I was surprised cos i could not recall applying 4 Admin, but 15mins later, they corrected it

You're wrong, Its the CHANGE in govt that forced the power that be to embark on it, they've already put the "staff" in the budget since last quarter of 2014 and now have no choice but to actually employ people to fill those roles.

Its happening in most govt establishments and MDAs who have appropriate funds for ghost personnels but never banked on change in govt, some folks are getting letters that have been backdated as much as 2yrs.

You're wrong, Its the CHANGE in govt that forced the power that be to embark on it, they've already put the "staff" in the budget since last quarter of 2014 and now have no choice but to actually employ people to fill those roles.

Its happening in most govt establishments and MDAs who have appropriate funds for ghost personnels but never banked on change in govt, some folks are getting letters that have been backdated as much as 2yrs.

Wow! If this is true then I hope all those responsible r brought to book and that those whose letters were backdated be given their full two-year benefits. It's really sad
