Supreme Court Affirms Fayose's Victory by dejt4u(op): 11:21am On Apr 14, 2015
Nigeria’s Supreme Court has dismissed the suit by the All Progressives Congress, challenging the eligibility of Governor Ayodele Fayose to contest the 21 June, 2014 election in the state.

The court ruled that Fayose’s impeachment in 2006 was not enough to unseat him as the elected governor.

Great! I am happy for him and also happy for the people of Ekiti. The man is loved in Ekiti and it's not even about party. APC should please let him be.
Fayose, please enjoy your people's mandate and subsequently deliver the dividends of democracy to them. Repay their faith in you.

[size=14pt]365 days on from the sad events that took place on the 14th of April, 2014. We at #ICSLimited remembers the missing schoolgirls abducted from Chibok Village, Borno state, by ‪BokoHaram‬ extremists.
We pray for their safe return to their families and loved ones, and also to Nigeria.

Re: Supreme Court Affirms Fayose's Victory by PassingShot(m):
This has no relationship with the impeachment proceedings.

Fayose is a thug and his type is not good in any of the SW states.

People like him will do well in the SS/SE though just like Wike, James Ibori, Alameisegha and T.A Orji. cool cool cool
Re: Supreme Court Affirms Fayose's Victory by vybrant(m):

Victory for democracy
Truth be told, this is the case of a leader who is loved by his people. Despite everything the opposition threw in his way, he still triumph. Let the APC lawmakers go and step up thier antics, Fayose will still overcome them.
