Please can someone help me with the accepting offer procedure? I think I am in the same boat as expensivestevie or his brother as the case may be. I have been accepted to TUT and I still do not have a way of accepting the offer. If there is anyone here who has accepted an offer, the person should kindly tell us how he/her accepted it, For the record, TUT's response time is quite slow nevertheless the email I got from them stated that when I log into my dreamapply account, I would see that I have two replies, I should click on the reply and open the letter which says I have been accepted. After that I should accept the offer. Everything actually did work accordingly until it got to the part of accepting the offer because after I clicked the mail, it just appeared "conditionally accepted" with the entire contents of the email but there was still no way to accept the offer. Somebody who has accepted should please help me out

alternatively, kindly state out the options that the school laid out for payment then i can advise you further.

It's quite simple, just inform the international admissions center and tell them there's an obvious bug in the system which hasn't allowed you to accept your offer. Simply give them your dreamapply login code and tell them to accept the offer on the Admin control panel.

I think it is almost impossible as the deadline for most courses has expired. You can try : http://www.estonia.dreamapply.com/courses/search

Some are still very ugh available but not free tuition tho, what will help you is if you have the required documents and info at hand then you're good to go and the app for too. almost all the school charge 100€

I understand your reservation and rightly so, but provided they are coming here purely to study and not to do anything illegal, they should be fine. Besides they're all processing their admissions themselves so there's no way an agent would reap them off. Estonian uni cities especially Tartu (maybe I'm being biased as a UT student) are quite student friendly with a lot of international students

well if its just to study...then I can understand...but if its to search for a greener pasture...like a better living...that am not sure of...cos am yet to see one possible response about that country...that's one of the reason for the baits set for foreigners...by still keeping their schools fee free...and the low visa and quick PR...I suggest people should read well about a country before going down there...not just cos the fee is free...its just an advise from a concerned bro

Janet from your earlier comments from inception it seems you applied for two M.Sc. courses (Cyber Security and Communicative electronics) at Tallinn University of Technology. If you have done any interview for any of those courses, your score should give you an idea of your chances. For instance if you score in the range of 8-10 you definitely would be accepted, between 6 - 7 you should be waitlisted and anything below that I think you would not stand a chance so basically it all depends on what you score in your Skype interview. Interview results are normally out latest a week after the interview so if you haven't gotten yours or still do not know your fate yet then I think you should email admissions and let them know

No doubt you are right.... Your points are definitely solid too, nevertheless Estonia isn't for Job seekers but rather creative minds.... There are a lot of student start ups here and the government is more "start up" inclined than almost all European countries, but like I said earlier, the downside is that they do not have enough employment yet for the Estonians not to talk of a Nigerian. Anyone coming here to look for greener pastures might just be seriously joking. Estonia though is a very beautiful country but can be very harsh at times in terms of the weather, trust me, I've experienced some very terrible weather conditions which brings me to this little advice "please everyone planning on coming should know that winters can be very depressing, it could easily turn you into an alcoholic or an addict if you aren't careful"..... I beg you all in the Name of God, Nigerians here have tried to give a good impression of our beloved country even though we hardly socialize with one another, so y'all shouldn't come and disgrace the efforts of graduating classes before you..... I beg each and everyone.....

you are very correct...I hope the guys applying are reading what u wrote...what scares me about the country is the weather...I can't survive in a country of 10 degree celcius...not to talk of estonia that has a temperature of -20 degree celcius...the second coldest after mongolia...some nigerians are ignorant of this...and the weather is mostly this cold...the summer there is so unstable...are u there presently?

Yeah I am..... Been here for a while, but in terms of being second coldest I might have to disagree a little because I've been to Norway, Finland and Russia and those countries are worse off than Estonia in terms of cold weather, this does not by any chance mean that Estonia isn't cold though....... First thing I told my younger brother was for him to make sure he comes with enough pepper when he's coming for Autumn semester. He would thank me later

ENIC/NARIC evaluation actually takes a while. It's not about your school sending your documents but rather about the Eesti uni you are applying to to confirm receipt of your documents sent by your school. After that you would then be informed when it has been sent to ENIC/NARIC for evaluation

Dude you're funny....... I just had a big giggle, anyways you don't need anything special to keep yourself warm, there are room heaters in the dormitories and there's more than enough gas to keep them warming the room. After your first winter, you'd get used to it don't worry. Just save some money for winter jackets and winter boots because you'd need them in late November and all through December.

Just exercise patience bro..... When it comes to ENIC/NARIC the school has no way of getting to know exactly when they would be done with the evaluation. Maybe if you haven't gotten a response after three weeks, email the school and also tell them to forward your email to ENIC/NARIC evaluation center. Cite the timing for visa processing as your reason for being worried

Certain courses on certain universities are tuition free (if you are studying with full study load, but if you do not complete the study load then you pay for every missing credit to complete the full study load). But the universities are wonderful and quite internationalized and Estonia is quite cheap comparable to Western Europe but there's practically no big difference in the standard of living over here.
