Hello house, please anybody with useful info on how to go about the immunization record form the school requires you/health practitioner to fill, sign and stamp.
I heard the mumps and rubella vaccine are not normally administered in Naija.

Even Obasanjo being your sponsor doesn't guarantee your visa approval, even Agbakoba was denied US visa. Look for any family friend, cousin, brother or sister with sufficient funds that can sponsor you, then you would be left with burden of proof that there exist no clear and and present danger.

You don't need mumps and rubella. What you need is the chicken pox, but if you've had it before, just get a doctor to fill it in for you. Any doctor can do it for you. You don't really need the Shots, just get a doctor to fill those stuffs for you and stamp.

All of these are family ties. Or you can as well let your uncle be your sponsor. But remember, you have to project what he does pretty well so as to give the CO impression you'll return home after your studies.

Go to the hospital and meet any doctor in family health department and they'll help you out... did same... it's all about backdating everything

what I mean is immigrant intent. You have an uncle in U.S. But it's really not a big deal with God. You have to show prove to them you'll be back after studies and I really do not know how you intend to achieve it.

Gooday all,please I need your help on this,I just paid my MRV today and I have booked a appointment,now the thing is that while putting my name the space for name just asked for my 1st name and surname and I put my 1st name and surname and didn't put my middle name but on my passport I put in my name middle name and surname .
