[quote author=basilico post=32855715] The Saudi know more about Islam than you. Theirs is the perfect sharia lala land. That you admit beheading is allowed without saying so is apparently clear. ISIS has been beheading non Muslims. Is being a non Muslim punishable by beheading? WHAT I CARE ABOUT IS WHAT ALLAH SAY IN QURAN AND WHAT PROPHET MUHAMMAD SAY IN HADITHS... AS LONG AS HADITH DIDN'T CONTRADICT QURAN, IT'S ACCEPTABLE.... |

Maamin: shahydbinaliyu . u need to understand something about Mohammed. His teachings can roughly be divided into 2 categories. 1. Warner Mohammed: he was just starting his religion in mecca.. he claimed to be a warner. Muslims were a tiny minority, they were persecuted alledgely. He gave a lot of friendly verses including, the often quoted " no complusion in religion verse" in an effort to win fellowers. He even gave the now famous satanic verses which he recited in an effort to win polytheists/ pagans as fellows. Muslims often quotes verses from this period of mohammeds life in form of al taqiyyah. Most moderate Muslim apologists do this. Warrior Mohammed: this is the Mohammed we now know. He leaves mecca for Medina. His fellowership grows. He is now robbing caravans, raping women, taking slaves and beheading people. He claims Revelations are coming to him to slay polytheists and fight christains and Jews. etc..revelations keep coming at the whims of his desires..he takes and sleeps his adopted sons wife, he makes adoption illegal out of shame. He sleeps with baby aisha, he starts collecting sex slaves and having sex with them etc... Most extremist Muslims and Islamic fanatics appeal to these verses revealed during this point of his life. Its a bit complicated because if u read the quran it is not arranged chronological. Its topic based but a timeline commentary of the events and verses will show this for a fact Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word "mujahada", signifying warfare to establish the religion. And it is the lesser jihad. As for the greater jihad, it is spiritual warfare against the lower self, (nafs), which is why the Prophet said as he was returning from jihad, "We have returned from the lesser jihad to the greater jihad."The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to scholarly consensus is such Koranic verses as:1) Fighting is prescribed for you (2:216)2) Slay them wherever you find them (4:89)3) Fight the idolaters utterly (9:36)and such Hadiths as the one related by Bukhari and Muslim that the Prophet said:"I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and perform the prayer, and pay zakat. If they say it, they have saved their blood and possessions from me, except for the rights of Islam over them. And their final reckoning is with Allah. Muhammad is moving from the lesser jihad (warfare) to the greater jihad (the internal struggle). Let me explain the two: Jihad Akbar (greater) is the constant “self struggle” that each Muslim goes through on a daily basis. The word “akbar” should be familiar to you, you have heard the cry of “Allah akbar” when the jihadist does his evil work. It means Allah is greater, or Allah is the greatest. This is the greater struggle because it is internal and constant. Jihad Asghar (lesser) is the struggle against the non-Muslim. It is lesser because it is only occasional and external. This is something you need to understand, but don’t get into a deep discussion on this subject. What you really need to focus on is the first part of this quote, that jihad means to war against the non-Muslims. The word jihad comes from the word mujahada (warrior). You have heard of the Mujahadeen, these are the warriors or terrorists of Islam. Jihad signifies warfare to establish the religion of Islam. Let me continue reading: The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to scholarly consensus is such Koranic verses as: (1) “Fighting is prescribed for you” (Koran 2:216); (2) “Slay them wherever you find them” (Koran 4:89); (3) “Fight the idolators utterly” (Koran 9:36); (Remember, I told you that you need to know the sources for their doctrine. Here we have three sources from the Qur’an and next it will give sources from the hadiths [quotes from Muhammad].) and such hadiths as the one related by Bukhari and Muslim that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: (Bukari and Muslim are the two most accepted compilers of the hatiths.) “I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and perform the prayer, and pay zakat. If they say it, they have saved their blood and possessions from me, except for the rights of Islam over them. And their final reckoning is with Allah”; (This is a quote from Muhammad that says he was commanded by Allah to fight people until they submit [the meaning of Islam] to Islam. So, from this hadith we have the proof that Muhammad was to fight a war against all non-Muslims until they submit. This is what Muhammad called his followers to do also.) and the hadith reported by Muslim, “To go forth in the morning or evening to fight in the path of Allah is better than the whole world and everything in it.” (So, to fight in the path of Allah [jihad] is better than gaining the world and everything in it.) Details concerning jihad are found in the accounts of the military expeditions of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), including his own martial forays and those on which he dispatched others. The former consist of the ones he personally attended, some twenty- seven (others say twenty-nine) of them. He fought in eight of them, and killed only one person with his noble hand, Ubayy ibn Khalaf, at the battle of Uhud. On the latter expeditions he sent others to fight, himself remaining at Medina, and these were forty-seven in number. Here we have very clear evidence that Muhammad was given to fighting people who did not believe in Allah. That was his goal in life, and the goal he left for his followers. All who do not believe in Allah and his prophet (Muhammad) are to be killed and face Allah’s judgment. This is their only crime. Death in the cause of Allah's will is encouraged, supported and promoted as well as fully endorsed in Islam. No muslim can refute this, if (s)he does this then (s)he contradicts and disowns the quran. Let's look at some quran verses and one or two narratives from the hadiths, sahih muslim and sahih burhari, 2 of the most respected and authenticated sources in Islam. The Qur'an: Qur'an (4:74)-"Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso FIGHTETH IN THE WAY OF Allah, BE HE SLAIN or be he victorious, on him WE SHALL BESTOW A VAST REWARD" Qur'an (9:111)-"Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, AND SLAY AND ARE SLAIN: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur'an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? then rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme." Qur'an (2:207)-"And there is the type of man who GIVES HIS LIFE to earn the pleasure of Allah..." Qur'an (61:10-12)"O ye who believe! Shall I lead you to a bargain that will save you from a grievous Penalty? That ye believe in Allah and His Messenger, and that ye strive (your utmost) in the Cause of Allah, with your property and your persons: That will be best for you, if ye but knew! He will forgive you your sins, and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, and to beautiful mansions in Gardens of Eternity: that is indeed the Supreme Achievement." This verse was given at the battle Uhud and uses the Arabic word, Jihad. The dark-eyed virgins are mentioned in several places as well, including verses 44:54 and 52:20. For those who swing the other way, there are"perpetual youth"verse6:17, otherwise known as"boys"verses52:24and76:19. Qur'an (17:33)"And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, EXCEPT BY RIGHT" An important verse that is used by Muslims to not only justify their own deaths, but that of other bystanders who might be believers as well. Like we saw 2days ago when the Muslims in Paris killed a muslim police officer in their quest to avenge their prophet. The end justifies the means, with the goal being the defeat of the kafir, their submission and finally the establishment of Islamic rule. Qur'an 3:151 Soon shall we cast TERROR into the hearts of the unbelievers, for that they joined companion with Allah... Mohammed was the original terrorist. Qur'an 8:89 And fight with them until there is no more filna(disorder, unbelief) and religion should be only for Allah This is just a little taste of the evil commands in the quran which encourages persecutions, intolerance and prejudice. Now From the Hadith: Bukhari (52:54)- The words of Muhammad:"I would love to be martyred in Allah's Cause and then get resurrected and then get martyred, and then get resurrected again and then get martyred and then get resurrected again and then get martyred." This is why modern-day Jihadists often say that they love death. Muslim (20:4678) - During the battle of Uhud, Muhammad was desperate to push men into battle. He promised paradise for those who would martyr themselves, prompting a young man who was eating dates to throw them away and rush to his death. Muslim (20:4655) - A man asks Muhammad "which of men is the best?" Muhammad replies that it is the man who is always ready for battle and flies into it "seeking death at places where it can be expected." (Tellingly perhaps, the next most saintly man in Islam is the hermit who lives in isolation "sparing men from his mischief." Muslim (20:4681) - "Surely, the gates of Paradise are under the shadows of the swords." After hearing Muhammad say that martyrdom leads to paradise, a young man pulls his sword and breaks the sheath (indicating that he has no intention of returning) then flings himself into battle until he is killed. Muslim (20.4635) - "Nobody who enters Paradise will (ever like to) return to this world even if he were offered everything on the surface of the earth (as an inducement) except the martyr who will desire to return to this world and be killed ten times for the sake of the great honour that has been bestowed upon him." |

Not only prophet Muhammad saw is mentioned in Gospel of John but he is also mentioned in Book of Isaiah 21:7.Let me quote the verse: Isaiah 21:7 And he saw a chariot with two horsemen, a rider upon an ass, and a rider upon a camel: and he beheld them diligently with much heed.(Douay-Rheimis Bible) Some Christians (not all) cite Isaiah 21:7 as an example of a prophecy concerning Jesus. Jesus is said to have rode into Jerusalem on a donkey as mentioned in John 12:14 and elsewhere in the other gospels. Tying that with Isaiah 21:7 which mentions a rider on an ass(donkey) they propose that Isaiah saw Jesus riding on a donkey into Jerusalem. But what about the other part of the verse that mentions a rider on a camel? The gospels do not mention at all Jesus riding on a camel into any city. Thus if the rider of the ass was indeed Jesus a.s. then who was the rider of the camel? Just as Jesus was riding an ass as a prophet and messenger of God so was Muhammad riding on a camel as a prophet and messenger of God. In fact, the parallel between the two is unmistakable. While Jesus a.s. as a massenger rode into a city (Jerusalem), Muhammad s.a.w. rode into a city (Yathrib or Medinah as it was later renamed). Just as Jesus was welcomed by a sizeable group of believers with shouts and singing of joy saying Hosanna, Hosanna as he arrived at the city so too was Muhammad s.a.w. greeted with shouts and singing of joy by a sizeable group of believers as he arrived at the city. |

If the Christians and the Jews look at how the prophets had prayed in the torah and the gospel, they will find themselves praying like the Muslims. Now we will compare the prayer of the Muslims with the prophets in the bible.. Let us begin: -Muslims (those who submit to the will of God) perform ablution (wash) before prayer. Then David arose from the earth and washed and anointed himself and changed his clothes. And he went into the house of the LORD and worshiped (Samuel 12:20) They shall wash their hands and their feet (Exodus 30:21) 31with which Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet. (Exodus 40:31) -The first position of prayer, Muslims lift up their hands palms out at the side of the head 4So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands. (Psalm 63:4) And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God, and all the people answered,(A) “Amen, Amen,”(B) lifting up their hands. And they bowed their heads and worshiped the LORD with their faces to the ground.(Nehemiah 8:6) -Muslims while lifting up their hands proclaim: “God is Great” Great is the LORD and greatly to be praised in the city of our God! His holy mountain, (Psalm 48:1) – when the Muslims pray, they fell on their faces. Then Abram fell on his face. And God said to him (Genesis 17:3) Then Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the entrance of the tent of meeting and fell on their faces. And the glory of the LORD appeared to them, (Numbers 20:6) Then Joshua tore his clothes and fell to the earth on his face before the ark of the LORD (Joshua 7:6). When all the people of Israel saw the fire come down and the glory of the LORD on the temple, they bowed down with their faces to the ground (2 chronicles 7:3) And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God, and all the people answered,(A) “Amen, Amen,”(B) lifting up their hands.(C) And they bowed their heads and worshiped the LORD with their faces to the ground.(Nehemiah 8:6) Jesus praying to God: ”And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed ”( Matthew 26:39) Even Jesus’ disciples submitted as Muslims: “When the disciples heard this, they fell on their faces and were terrified”( Matthew 17:6) And Elijah went up to the top of Mount Carmel, And he bowed himself down on the earth and put his face between his knees.(1 kings 18: 42 ) And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, (Revelations 7:11) Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the LORD, our Maker! (Psalm 95:6) All the prosperous of the earth eat and worship; before him shall bow all who go down to the dust ( Psalm 22:29) Now Manoah and his wife were watching, and they fell on their faces to the ground. (Judges 13:20) And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and said, “The LORD, he is God; the LORD, he is God. ”( 1 kings 18:39) David rose from beside the stone heap and fell on his face to the ground( 1 Samuel 20: 41) And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped (Joshua 5:14) When Abraham’s servant heard their words, he bowed himself to the earth before the LORD.(Genesis 24:52) Do you pray like the messengers of God have prayed?! Bow down and prostrate to God and ask for guidance. It’s God, alone, who can guide us . May God reward us with the highest level of paradise . |
