Co- dependency is arguably one of the biggest challenge most of us face in relationship, that feeling we can't exist without the other person. Below are the signs 1.YOU'RE WAITING TO BE SAVE: Be your own knight in shining armor,the heroine of your own story and then he can be exactly who he needs to be,without having to rescue you. 2.YOU DON'T FEEL FREE: love is freedom, rule and constrictions are fear.(well it depends) 3.YOU THINK YOUR HAPPINESS IS PREDICTED ON THE OTHER PERSON: It not.always connect with yourself on daily practices/basis 4:YOU GIVE FROM A PLACE OF LACK:Na men do this one pass.even when the well is empty.some could go as far as getting loans or selling family properties,.some men just wan remain mumu forever abi na jazz some girls d use for una head ni?that kind jazz no fit work for my head oo.some girls are just out der to do end of the wicked (lol)although nobi all men ooo. 5.YOU'RE CONTROLLING OUTCOMES &SITUATIONS: when we are controlling the other person or how things are unfolding,we are living in fear not in love.some enjoy such relationship with reason best known to them. 6.YOU BLAME OTHERS FOR HOW YOU FEEL:we are actually responsible for how we feel and it not someone else responsibility. 7.THE OTHER PERSON MUST BEHAVE IN A CERTAIN WAY:i was guilty of this when i been d do lovy lovy tins,although it was in a right way for change.In other for you to feel love or loved by them you must behave in certain ways for peace to reign. 8:YOU CAN'T lIVE WITHOUT THE OTHER PERSON:I know this is suppose to be romantic,but it not,it is ATTACHMENT which is different from connection. |
