At least 30% of the CVs I have seen have the same pattern – About me, Educational Background….. ( can’t even remember all right now) but I know they do – Nina Mufleh, after months of trying to get in touch with one of the biggest tech companies in America – Airbnb ( Airbnb is an online community marketplace that connects people looking to rent their homes with people who are looking for accommodations.) went unanswered, she decided to create a CV she felt would be creative and clever enough to secure her an interview with Airbnb which she hosted online and themed it according to AirBnB’s website.

To her utmost surprise, the CV she submitted to Airbnb on Tuesday attracted tons of attention both inside and outside of the company – it even caught the attention of Airbnb’s CEO

After going through her Viral CV, It became sure that what made it stand out was the fact that she didn’t follow the conventional style (Listing out job experience – blah blah blah) which Airbnb could have easily gotten from her LinkedIn profile – instead she was able to show that she knew what it took to work in Airbnb, what she could contribute to Airbnb and what she thinks the company should pursue next.

I mean, if I own a company and I see this – Why on earth won’t I hire her. So it is no surprise that her cv captured the attention of both the CEO and CMO of Airbnb, to the extent that they even mentioned her on twitter.

I was wowed with this brilliance. The chick sure knows what she wants and. She is hell bent on getting it even if it means serving coffe at the HQ...she has a bright future. Watch out for her name!!!
