Please house, I need to send my certified documents to Germany (Bayreauth precisely) 2mao and I need a fairly xpensive Courier Service (Not DHL) that have bn tested and used by a member of thz forum tht can guarantee my docx will get to the destination by nexweek Wednesday as the deadline for acceptance of certified docx is thursday. Pls include the cost and the earliest and latest possible time of arrival in the university

Bro, the most reliqble service that is cheaper than DHL is UPS and they should charge you 10k and it will get there by Mondqy Morning if you send tomorrow. Please close eye and use them. Dont look for anything cheqper..the last person that used EMS complained qbout how his docs took many weeks to deliver...this is your bright future and sacrifices have to be made to achieve your goals..consider the money as sacrifice..i have also spent over 50k in qpplication and travel money..i spent 23k to apply to TU Delft and spent 35k to send docs to Karlsruhe,LMU Munich and IPGP in France coupled with flight money to and fro Jos to Lagos just for certification..O have been accepted at TU Delft and LMU even tho I was rejected at IPGP bt I hqve no regrets for spending the money on this. I wish you all the best in your applications. Please dont go lower than UPS.

Of all the couriers available ,DHL is still the cheapest for sending of documents and your documents gets to its destination within 3 days . It costs about 8,500 or less ,just tell them you're sending school docs.
Ems on the other hand is about 8,700 or so, takes about 5 working days but there's no guarantee your documents will arrive before the deadline .
FedEx and UPS are also reliable though I've got no idea about their charges.

VIELEN GLUCK !!!

If you sent your applications from Lagos international branch ,then you're safe ,anyplace other than there means you're on a long thing .
22 days might not be enough to get the item delivered o ,though that's dependent on the nipost branch.
I'll suggest you contact the schools and enquire if it has been delivered, if they answer In the negative, then you'll have to send using an express post like DHL or FEDEX ( if you've got the cash)

Best of luck

Sounds like your docs are complete. However I hope your statements of results for HND and OND also list your course title and unit and also an explanation of your gpa system..also i am wondering as to why you didnt include you waec result(thats if you have one) and also a german language certificate(since most bsc courses are in german). Uniassist takes 6weeks to process your docs. I wish you all the best.

Using the same timeline as I experienced, your documents should get to its destination by the 29th of this month. I hope the timeline works for you but this is cutting it close.

Use trackitonline. org ,though chances are that it hasn't been recorded there yet.

The reason why nipost does not provide tracking beyond item in bag is because ,they are no longer in charge of the documents/item immediately it leaves naija ......The national Post of the destination country provides tracking afterwards . As for Germany, I think its Deutschpost . They dont provide tracking immediately they receive the goods , they might not even provide tracking at all .
Using nipost is a Double edged sword .

I dey pray for you ,mein bruder

Okay bro..all the best..uni-assist may have no problem with your statement of results.since their job is simply to evaluate the equivalency of your qualifications with that of a regular german applicant..however the school itself may have issues wt it since they have to know the names of courses that you took in order to know if you have the required background..next time try to receive your transcript by hand..you can ask your school to send it to another school where you know someone and you wiol just go and pick it up..thats what most of us do..all tje best

Which Nipost office did you use?
Its quite risky o!
use the www dot trackitonline dot org to track it. Note that the trackings are never up to date.

If the time is getting too near. I will advise you to package all the applications in one document and use FedEx, its 9k to Germany as at my last enquiry, I think it takes 3-5 days. Send everything as one file to somebody in Germany and let the person dispatch it for you. It will take 2-3 days to deliver using Deutsche Post from Germany and each will cost between 3-5 euros using the DP priority mail.
Nipost is cheap but the hypertension it gives I must confess is heart wrenching.

For people who are yet to send and are cash strapped, I will advise you make strategic alliances and send your documents collectively to one person in Germany using courier services and let the person dispatch on your behalf then you can pay the person in return.
That's the idea I thought I should share.

I'm not in anyway supporting peeps who do not do any research at all and ask some questions: d likes of which u had posted...
No matter the question one asks anyway, u can always give a lil reply, while encouraging d person to do some research on his/her own. You should read d way Eke responds to queries here. he doesn't use comments like "LAZY" blah blah blah in them. people responding to queries should emulate him. there's no point sounding Rude. that said, no matter d question one asks, no matter how silly he might sound, u don't know the psychological trauma he/she is going through. the answer to the quest might b just as simple as visiting d embassy's website like u mentioned, but due to the certain circumstances he/she might not b able to reason to that extent.

note that i'm not in anyway supporting spoonfeeding, but I believe there's a right way to do things.

@Obiwannn
My prayer is that you should get a visa to study this year to study in Germany then you would find out that if not some or many people are waiting to be spoonfed, secondly foreign students here (Nigerians inclusive) don't have time to visit nairaland and spoonfeed anyone.
No worry you go understand say for DE 24hrs = 6hrs

These days all i do is visit the thread, read loads of post, laugh at times and ask, What is the use, if you can google a simple info? angry

I totally agree with Obiwannn.
styles2009
I understand, for you, at this present stage, some questions might sound very funny. Surely, we've all had some very funny questions. But still, that doesn't mean it would be the same case to those who haven't even received an admission letter talk less of securing the visa. And one thing is - people do ask questions they already know answers to ....sometimes for clarity.
A suggestion, folks - If you find a question funny, and are not willing to answer it, skip through instead of passing rude comments, and let others who have the time and are willing to help, help. And yes, I've seen some very, very helpful people here.

So for DE, 24 hrs = 6 hrs ? For where be that one ?
The only reason I'd agree to that is if you are pursuing a doctorate degree, married & with kids and maintaining a job. grin

Some people complained bitterly about that school in particular and Kleve in general in the part 1 of this thread with regards to hustling and survival. But said the school is great with regards to academics. Use keywords and Google to dig up the particular posts you seek...

You may or may not be admitted without ielts depending on the school .
But its better you sit for the ielts in order to broaden your horizons . Since most summer programs open their application by December , it is advisable you write the exam at least a month before commencement of application, so since you're for SS 2016, you can write your IELTS any moment from now till November .
The blocked account amount is €8040
