looks the lnb is struggling to be at focal point..get a long neck lnb! performance of the dish..should be better than at least 3meter prime focus antenna!

sammu my believes is that sometimes if one can sit down and think very well about this costly ready made lnbs provide nothing but waste of money whereby our low cost lnbs can perform better than those costly lnbs but i did not said that we should not buy the costly lnbs .

am using it for badr 26 and 11919 badr 4 is 39% i need it to be 50% and this is a 2.4 fiber offset dish

am using the offset dish for badr but with a strong product lnb,i need a good lnb for the offset not prime focus,am using the prime focus for irib and amos,but my main focus is in the 2.4 m,the first dish in the picture

With this lnb i got badr6 FOX MOVIES 65%
MBC 80%
HOTBIRD -RAI SPORT 60 about 280 channels on hotbird
nilesat -60% france24 and dubai one in the night while the signal dropped in the day time
eutelsat @ 25B for beinsport 11566 h 27500 fox and beinsport nba 55 %
Hispasat 30w -10890 v27500 for canal+ sport and la liga etc.. -60%
zap package on 36e dstv position -11221 v 30000 -56-58% signal strenght.
i will post the picture for the house to see very soon and all this satellites can be received through the modify lnb in above pictures , this were tested in 2.4m pan dish in both ghana and ivory coast.

hi, please my cable from 2way lnb is showing current when tested with tester n it shocks. Is it normal?

George D , sammu, odilibe , all my fellow members Is telstar @15 west can be received and which easy tp one can be use and also can astra 19e can be received on 2.4m pan dish.

@ Twinsoris, how can you say that my 2.4m offset dish (thats the first dish in the picture i posted)cant get fringe signal, or are you now saying that a 2.4m pan dish is better than a 2.4m offset fiber dish ?

OK give me the brand name of the lnb you are using on the fiber 2.4m..I want to compare it with digisat/inverto black etc!

Yes i can see the full lenght of your dish that dish is good for badr and nilesat and strong also have this type of dish as well.

take the picture lnb picture as in it is on the dish i think i have lnb for that dish and the special lnb come with 4ways

OK..I will locate the lnb at shop..let's find out how poor the performance is..expect report by 2morrow..

If and only if you know how to modify the focal length of that dish...you will really gain more signal percent.



Is there anybody in the house from the East that want to dispose his/her old 2.4m fiber dish? I have interest to buy it. Only the reflector.

For a start,
Your location, where do you intend to buy the materials, have you done any installation on 60 or 90cm dishes before, is dis your 1st BUD installation.

the lnb on this pic is strong product lnb its 500# here in my area.its the normal one use for joy tv and mytv,infact its the lnb that comes with mytv receiver

I want to believe your focal point is the problem. "Play" around tweking and adjusting lnb's your might jst get sometin beTter.
