barcanista:
The appropriate thing for Buhari to do is to seek legal redress or petition the regulatory body. He has NO right to bar, ban or restrict AIT irrespective of how he feels about them. This is not a military regime.

Re: AIT Hate Attacks On Buhari; A Violation Of Ethics And Standards Of Journalism. by searider(m): 5:40pm On Apr 28, 2015
AIT allowed selfishness and financial threat to cloud their sense of judgement.

Its actions were clearly against the principle of professional ethics and corperate governance.

Asides professional ethics, it was morally wrong to incite the public against a fellow being in the name of politics.

It was sadonic, lugubrious and dismal pismal.

AIT deserves to be punished and will go a long way to bring sanity in the media in other to avoid the reoccurrence of such anomaly in the subsequent elections..

The punishments has already started...both legal and ilegal punishments. Although, am waiting for their sympathizers to start crying soon even more than AIT itself.

Guy do you really understand different between banning and barring, it was only reported dat he disallowed dem from covering events relating to him which can still be seen as being private. And if I may ask, can you honestly tell me dat AIT was too fair with buhari during d campaign period dat dey even went further using d death of his wife and dat of one of his daughter to campaign against him? We are all human beings and don't know what tomorrow hold for us . I rest my case for now
Wait did I hear u speak of being fair? GEJ was called all sorts of names, Sahara reporters and their likes hounded GEJ, his wife and his govt till he lost, now apc is in power and ur baba has started showing glimpses of his dictatorial tendencies by trying to kill press freedom because they don't sing his praises like you guys do. Call it barring/banning or whatever u want, he wants to kill the freedom of information and it won't work! This is a democracy, people have the right to air any grievances they have. this is 2015 bro not 1983.
Re: AIT Hate Attacks On Buhari; A Violation Of Ethics And Standards Of Journalism. by Nobody:
I strongly want to believe that buhari does not have the intention to ban ait from broadcasting its activities as this act was done on his behalf by some unprofessional guards around him. But if he does, hmmm... (clears throat)
