the answer to your questions depend on your location and the size of satellite dish you want to use.

Leave it on universal, just select the satelite leave the rest for the decoder to handle.

3meter dish is not an envelope. Is it by luxury bus or by truck? The prices differs. Getting that to Benin on 2k is not possible . My guess though

It is detachable with 12 petals. The width of each petal is 3/5th that of one petal of 1.8M pan however the length is longer.
With 2k you will get it to Benin if using the 911 Lorry park

Well I want to believe that dish in question is from strong technologies.
Transporting petalised dish over long distance without proper packaging or handling may result to poor signal quality loss due to warp.Kindly tell the driver to handle it carefully.
I will be glad to see the dish too.

@George d long time i have install my 4mt viber but up till now i cant receive mbc nile sat but i got 12130 v27500 @70 and many more transponsder also my hotbird is 70 i also have badry fox movie but no mbc i gues mbc is no go area for us again in lagos
