Some areas don't even see light for 20mins. My cousin who stays at ketu area visited me and was shocked that between 10am and 5pm that she was at my place,there was light;while her area has not had light for over 3months,yet they give them estimated power bills. I have also visited phcn office on several occasions to load my pre-paid card,and they had to go and put on their generator before they could attend to people. The issue of power in Nigeria is like a cancerous tumour that needs to be cut off urgently.

This service charge thing is a fraud,there is no where in the world any one will pay for service not rendered, even when they don't provide power in a month the power companies will still charge you 750 Naira that's a fraud.
