Good day all.

Last week PHCN came and cut my light . according to them they said they wanted to cut my neighbours light not mine . but since 2 weeks now the haven't bothered coming back to reconnect it. I have called them like a zillion times and they keep giving excuses. Now the don't pick my calls again and when they do the stupid man will insult me.

I am trying to Google their head office number but am not successful.I can't even see phcn website .

Guys I seriously need help.

You better goto their office and retrieve your cable then Get an electrician to reconnect you

Will Try them eletricians again. I tried before but he said it is risky

Yeah,u guys r ryt....op stop waiting, go to where you pay your bills with your receipt of last payment to show you not owing them.Demand for your cable and go fix your light.If you keep waiting for them to come over,I swear you go old oOooo....dats 9ja for you!!!

If it wasn't yours, then get your cable. Place a call to them once more, this time a recorded call, and remind them of how long you have waited for their response. Ensure that they don't deny it. If you get a promise, wait till then. If not, get your own electrician and do the damned thing. Protect the recorded call for evidence.
