Well tough cookies , you will have to lick it , smile , swallow and love it. I have known you on Nairaland for a while, i may not like you but i recognize you as an intelligent fella . Did you really think your change agenda was the same as theirs?
You have every right to celebrate removing Gej from power but don't buy into the hype of your party that the (core)north voted Gej out of National interest. You know better,i believe you know better.

I don't like joining issues with guys especially when they bring all that North, South, East, West, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Christian, Muslim crap to discussions. Even the PDP leadership has admitted Jonathan lost due to his hate campaigns. What would it take for you guys to believe the truth??

And just to lend a little attention to that "northern" bullshiit, let me ask you; did the South East and South South vote overwhelmingly for Jonathan for "national interest"?? Whenever you point accusing fingers at someone, always remember three others are pointing back at you.

Goodnight.

You are right but only to an extent.
In the former case, the north owned the party and only brought an ibo man on board to carry the south along. It was a perfect example of Master-Slave relationship.

In the latter case, Tinubu created the APC, nurtured and funded it, and almost singlehandedly supported Buhari to become president.

That is why the north and SW are about to share the spoils equally as you can see by God's grace.
After Buhari's tenure, SW will have the presidency, God willing.
Both the north and SW are equal stakeholders in APC.

Let me assure you that it will be easier for the north to return to the PDP(where the ibos and SS will welcome them and become subservient almost immediately) or form a new party than hijack the APC from the SW. The broom is not in the APC logo for nothing. And Buhari is not a politician of the calibre of OBJ or GEJ who sought to take over the PDP on assuming office.
I have nothing , nothing whatsoever against you but having lived more of my life in the North and spent time in different areas around the south i assure you that you will see the folly of those assertions (no insult intended) soon.

taharqa:
Reali?? The SE and SS merely looked on in 2010/2011?? And GEJ marginalized the SW, I presume in terms of political appointments, right??

But if am not mistaken, it was Oga Tinubu, a Yoruba who led his Yoruba lawmakers from the Southwest to prevent their fellow Yoruba from becoming the Speaker of the HOR even when GEJ and PDP fought for the position to be given to the SW. It was these Yoruba guys who collaborated with some Northerners and gave the position to Tambuwal a Northerner. All for political cum financial expediency.

I thought that was what happened but then again rewriting history is allowed sha. Esp after attaining one's aims (so it would seem)

Are you a learner, you should know by know the modus operand of these people rewriting history is their specialty.I wonder if they think an epidemic of amneasia has afflicted us all.

"........ let me ask you; did the South East and South South core north vote overwhelmingly for Jonathan Buhari for "national interest"??.........."

We will find out the answers soon , wherever i am in the world when the answer becomes obvious (as it's sure to be knowing the core north , they can not help themselves) i will sure to give you the answer to my question and yours.

Have a good nights rest and a lovely morning after.

did u vote any igbo and south south person that deserves it there ni?can someone who neva belong there get it ni?so man u guys are the failure of ur regions..pipu with low mind and tots to greatness all cos of selfishness..
I love your question.-Bleep. During the election time i was so vocal about it ... Jonathan was not an active president but I said buhari was not a better option...

If GEJ had won the election, it would be the biggest way forward for us because Nigeria will be liberated from chain of Godfather ideology... GEJ had no surname and that was his first failure....

Buhari on the other hand bring back the activities of God fathers just like we can see now with tinubu & OBJ

For those who think that Nigeria can not be an Islamic state ... Kindly go and read about Turkey and see how a Christian state become an Islamic nation.

Last time I stumbled into one interview Oby ezekwesiiri granted to Aljazeera... One stupid Yoruba guy argued that BH was because of the neglect of the north (though another Yoruba lady opposed to that) ... I asked myself did we neglect the north? They had presidency for like 38years and now in counting.... They goes into the university with different standard in regards to scores and grade....they receives better allocation than Enugu... Then why all noise about power tuzle

Why you dey laugh? grin

Anyway, Senator Yerima isn't a pedophile according to the constitution. The constitution permits the enactment of the civil sharia law; and marriage certainly falls under sharia law.
Therefore, his marriage to a 13 year old girl is legal.

But it's morally reprehensible undecided

That's the problem: paedophilia is legally approved in the constitution. That piece of shit called our constitution must be looked into with a view of making superior to every other religion or laws in the land. For now , we have the Islamic ideology struggling to gain supremacy over our constitution. The nation will never work that way!
