I need the discipline to not date anyone while my cheddar stacks.

Also need discipline to smoke weed only every two weeks, not every other day. My pockets are starting to feel this as I can't smoke without a drink, so every time I buy weed, gotta buy wine and cigs

Problem is, if you take away girls and weed from my life, then who am I?

Tried being good for a couple days, saved a lot, but felt super bored and lost.

I have also gone a year without smoking anything, but then I had soo much discipline, I could just cut anything out of my life at will.

Don't just know how to get back to being disciplined and feeling fulfilled while at it, instead of feeling like discipline is synonymous with suffering.

Being disciplined is suffering! But u knw d reason fr it and d reason trumps all other temptation to "not" b disciplined. Ure findin it difficult cos u dnt hav a good reason to b disciplined

Yeah, guess your right! Back then I cut distractions out cause I was trying to make a 1st Class.

Now, guess I need to do it for my future family and myself, so we never go broke. Going broke does scare me a lot.

Its just hard to say, all you're gonna do is work, save and invest till your money is at a certain level, without giving into girls (taking multiple girls out) and other distractions like excessive smoking.

I guess I have to find a way to embrace the pain I feel when I'm feeling bored or restraining myself from spending unnecessarily.

You're gonna have to discipline yourself, by yourself!
Every time you pick up that cigar or you wrap that weed, you must look at it and remember it is your enemy, and it wants to destroy you.. Are you gonna let your enemy do away with you that easily? Will you be that coward?
And hey, you need to get yourself a good girl mate. You remember what they say about 'every successful man..'? You need an 'angel', and your angel will save you.

Truth be told, I'd like to get to the point where I can smoke weed every two weeks, like on a Saturday, after I've worked really hard the past 2weeks.

Problem is, it became a daily thing. I kinda feel it helps me write better software, like helps me get in a zone, but I know deep down that I can get in a zone without it, I'll just need to practice getting in a zone without smoking.

As for the girls, you know how it is dude, when you're young and dating. You always feel like there's a better girl around the corner, so you wanna date as many as possible till you find the best one, which might even be an illusion.

Thanks for the encouragement. I need to find a way to be encouraged everyday and take it a day at a time, facing the battle of today, without worrying about the battle of tomorrow.
