Not living close to university but living in the same city as your school or borough in the case of London. A friend got served Curtailment of Leave because his college is in London while his lives and works in Dunstable and was caught.

Make SURE that your aunt knows the story and is avaliable on a phone when you come through UK immigration.

@spikeC and Justwise=====How would one get caught if he/she attends classes regularly eventhough one commutes to school from another city.....I know its a bit risky and stressful,,,.Isnt SCHOOLING AND SURVIVING IN UK a risky and stressful venture......keep up the good work guys......

but I want to change school due to some personal reasons.
How do I get my intial deposit of £3000 I paid to greenwich.

Justwise please i want to apply for a PhD in one of the institutions in the UK but i was offered admission to study 1 year Mphil first then based on performance i will be progressed to PhD studies.

My question is at the point of transferring me to full PhD study,do i have to come to Nigeria to reapply for a new visa,or can i do it from the UK?

I don't think any bank or lender can loan that huge amount of money. Personally I don't think it worth only if you are absolutely sure of paying back by other means apart working in the UK as a student

This is because you can't apply for visa more than 3 months before your course start date, if you want to beat the rush have all your stuff sorted out,immediately they send in June you apply.
