@All: I want to encourage us to do thorough checks of ourselves and DH. Though they might hesitate but we must not get tired of encouraging them. Some of our DHs are like babies that need a little petting if we want them to do something they naturally would not do.
Why I'm saying this is because I discovered that infection in men reduces count and as we give them tiger nuts we should also treat them for infection if they have any. This goes for us too, if you have blocked tubes, please check for infections and especially chlamydia.
So as you're using the guifeibao, you can include serraptease(from health plus) for treating infection and inflammation. When we do these, we are giving a double blow to low sperm count and blocked tubes.

MummyEsther, please what's the name of the progesterone drug you're taking. it's the hormone deficiency I have that causes miscarriages for me. I need to boost it to be able to sustain pregnancy before missed period before I start taking the progesterone injection- proluton depot. been trying natural means to boost it by taking meals high in protein but I don't know if it's working.

Its called Menopur, I take 1 tablet twice daily as prescribed by my gynea.

pls leave out fertilaid, if you're on pregnacare conception, it has enough folic acid with other vitamins needed for conception. But gives some fake pregi symptoms, that's why people prefer to use just folic acid which is the most important for men and women. Bd every other day during your fertile days. Hope your dh's sfa is good.

it's called dabino by the hausas mostly sold by them,it's a dry fruit so sweet in taste Muslims use it to break their fast during Ramadan.I hope you now no what it is.

U can get date in shoprite,especially wen they've just stocked.and tiger nuts is also known as imumu in yoruba,Aya in Hausa and aki in igbo. Hope this helps.

D dates I used wasn't the normal dried one..deres d oda one dts very soft and gelatinous in nature..very sweet.so one wldnt need sugar in d mixture ..phew!!!

@all how many mg of folic acid is the recommended dosage for ttc,I read it's 400mcg,bt the pharmacist that gave me mine said 5mg s ok should I take it.is their any side effect for taking overdose

@Hafsat24, no be small tin o! It makes one sweeter down there, I like that, will take it after delivery so I can feel free to give dh bicycle style...I heard you ladies take a lot of water melon as well to get in the mood...you guys know a lot abt how to enjoy bd when ona finish ona use clothe cover face dey form shy....one of these days I will try it but must have my cough syrup i one hand though I avoid it cos of cough and the sugar content

I got this juicer from dealdey at a very cheap bargain (less than 4k) - as I never wan open my marriage gift till I get bfp of 5months.. Lol call me ancient.- so i used it to try carrot just now and it was divine. Dunno if it would do great for the tigernut juicing. ... Esp with the addition of dates.

@Mamas please throw more light if u have used juicer 4 anything other than fruits and vegetables.

@iOmoge..not sure of the juicer..onli thing il add is u soak the dates,coconut and tiger nut for abt 2hrs before blending and also scrape the brown part of the coconut..so ur mixture at the end of the day comes out creamy and white
