1. You have zero clue per why the man was standing in that picture, I don't even know why to you and your kind he is a contractor.

2. Even if he is a contractor, there is something called competitive bidding. The best bid gets the job.

3. Do you even know who the company belongs to apart from you seeing a light skinned man in the picture?

4. Are the workers doing the work and getting paid to feed their families not Nigerians?

I know you people's portion in life is always to hate and display your usual anger and bitterness, but must you people reason so shallow and thoughtless like 2 year old kids?
Mumu, I don't know when you were appointed as the spokesman of fashola, for you to have this information. Solo Makinde

Mogidi:
Re-painting the house for another stooge to occupy, the Tinubu story continues in Lagos, what a shame.

By 2019 Lagosians would have permanently leased that house to the Tinubus.
2019 sees senator Remi Tinubu occupying same abode, the saga continues.

Tinubu would rank as the longest serving governor in Nigeria, ruling Lagos through proxies and stooges since 1999.
y can't u stop hating

Oponu, you mad because you are too shallow and incompetent to answer my questions? Or you just found out that you clowns are just blabbing ignorantly as usual.

Village internet and thoughtless troll, this is a discussion forum and since Fashola is not on NL, why didn't you clowns and cowards trek to his house or office to cry, moan and and express your biter and angry concern and even ask him why maintenance of public property is a bad thing to do...?

Have you senseless clowns thought clowns thought about that instead of bothering us with your miserable cries and moans on NL..?

Are the workers not Nigerians?

Are the materials suppliers and vendors not Nigerians?

What if your own brother or sister supplied the paint and materials?

Is the money earned by the people in the picture not going to be recycled back into the economy for the benefit of Lagosians?

Giving out public works contracts is based on competence, competitive bidding and fair pricing and not on skin color.

Bitter, not biter. Simple sentence you can not compose. It is obvious to everyone that you had just described yourself. Illiterate.

If you are aware of the Local Content Development Act which is operational in the Oil and Gas industry, you will understand my perspective.

What type of project are we discussing here? , a renovation of a building or construction of a fort. Where organisations like NSE, COREN and their equivalent for Builders and Architects exist and can proffer the required competences for their scope.
