116.82 has remained intact since mid-January.

yes i said so. I have been using them to fund my account for a while instantly until i encountered withdrawal issue while i later resolved (domiciliary account things) there are lots of other easy methods than neteller. pefect money is better than neteller but i never used perfect money for once in my life... so i suggest you go for payment agents who will pay you the same day.

bro, i dont really know how u actuaally withdrew cos as far as i know, you cacnnot use any other direct means except bank, unless you are using an agent whom you will have to send ur neteller money so they cacn pay you back into your bank

do you have a secure code with master card ? if yes, then u entered a wrong secure code thrice, that was why u got the above mssg.Tto rectify , go to the nearest gtbank to use their in house phone to call gt connect or u can call the number displayed on the mssg. i had the same issues with mastercard because i entered the wrong secure code thrice. the customer rep will ask u some questions and rectify it within 24hrs. if u dont do it, u cant use the card again for transaction that involved secure code with mastercard. this is done to prevent fraud
