He didn't deny ownership of the twitter handle or complain of it being breached, in that case, I won't believe him, he might wanted to use the social media to sample reaction and pending his final move because he wouldn't want to stay "idle" for the next four years or thereabout.

I am amazed at how swiftly he reacted to the issue just a couple of hours interval.
Maybe, if he had been responding this quickly to issues concerning the Niger Delta when he was the Minister, the Ministry would have been better positioned in the scheme of things than it is today
