pay attention to the seasons where he was mostly fit & find another winger in the league that did better than him pro-rata.

if hazard or neymar loses the ball, they chase for 10 yards and give up. if young loses the ball, he would chase it back to our defence to retrieve it back. the role of an LM is different from LF. some posters here have no intelligence to tell the difference between the two.

that was exactly what i said last summer. i told these herbs that di maria wouldn't improve the wingers we already had in the squad and his fees should be spent in the midfield area. lo & behold, young has kept di maria away from the starting XI with back to back MOTM awards.


the cats here get easily fooled by foreign players. di maria's numbers @madrid were inflated because he was surrounded by goal machines while there. ozil also generated 20+ assists in that league & he's completely dried up @arsenal right now.
