This wait is really becoming unbearable to me. I think it would even be better we are formally notified of a stop of the program than leaving us in a gloomy state of uncertainty as this.
In my curiosity, I tried calling some of the NUC hotlines but nobody was ready to pick a call. I havnt tried emailing however.

But really, I'm getting tired of this daily anxiety.

From what I'm hearing abt dis years own, last year's app was shorter, and I'm not planning on doing this year's own.
NITDA PTDF and TETFUND are Pressid's sponsors now, I don't think it's cool having both, are u on d facebook group? Some1 mailed NUC and they replied, check it there (Pressid scholars III) maybe it'll calm u down a little. It's only a matter of a lil more time.

I understand this is a very hard time for most of us scholars. Irrespective, I enjoin you all to hold cos PRESSID is guaranteed. Guys, stop the lamentation on nairaland and facebook but rather BELIEVE. Nawao, when our names had not been made public we had fears and now many still have fears. Indeed it is a serious issue especially when the issues raised are genuine and arguments valid. They should set up a committee asap to investigate the 2015 PRESSID recruitment process. Hate me if you want but that's the truth.

I think they should investigate the three set(being sarcastic).Or how is ours different, Mr NaijaMark. I always knew some set of people would try to downgrade this set, because we were much and any little thing would be use as excuse . That is why I was sad, when I saw people exposing how they prepared after the exam thinking it was all over, whereas it was just starting. I hope you don't regret your actions. Their should be times when you are confidential, it does not mean you are selfish. You can always help others when the dust has settled.

Even if it is not everybody, the fact that some pple got it is enough to nullify the whole process. We have credible information that Convenant University students have been practicing with this software for the last three years in their school, when most pple did not even know about it. You sound like a reasonable guy, so I will ask you this simple question: Is that not an unfair advantage?.

Right on point. I thought CU was supposed to be a kind of university teaching morals? Those brainfriend people must be investigated too, they must have a Covenant University graduate there actively involved in this shameful scam.

This is ridiculous. i cant believe you could take this to these level. i have even noticed Uniben has more on the list than any other school this year, the claim that CU dominated the list is FALSE in my view.I am not from CU, but if your claim was true, that their first class were given software to prepare, then all the 100+ would be from the school(I downloaded their last convocation list from their site and first class was over 180 or so). There is no way, this process can be free, because some people will always get to prepare for any exam with better materials than the other. And surprisingly you guys are the ones acting as if its your only hope. You can as well campaign for us that JAMB, WAEC and even your own school exam is not fair(as am sure during your study they repeated past question or close to it in your exam at one time or the other). I was just searching scholarships and den i saw the nonsense u guys are writing here, I pm'd macmaster some days ago to get to know him, currently he has Total scholarship, and another scholarship to a school in the US, we are even in d final stage of nddc scholarship together, he's working with general electric, you guys are just sad loosers and these r d kind of people that are expecting so much from buhari that's scared of his own government saying he isn't a magician.

I went to a public school yh, but if the public schools remain the way they are, I'll never let my children go there, maybe if our lecturers were as serious as d ones in private schools we'll b getting more first class..

If McMaster won those scholarships that you mentioned, he will not be here twenty four hours giving others false hope. I guess you also collected the software and studied it for many years. . Why will I hate on any school?. All I am asking for is a fair process where everybody is assessed equally without any unfair advantage. Scholarships such as Gates scholarship are generally known to be very fair. Why can't we do this in Nigeria. We want to send our best brains to top schools yet we end up sending the best in gaming the system. If you know that u are capable then you will also join me in struggling for a fair process that brings out the best students not those that already know the answers to math questions even before attempting to solve them. In fact I have accepted that I was not well prepared for the exam.That does not prevent me from saying the truth. You can rationalise it all you want but preparing for an exam with materials is different from answering math questions without solving them. Many pple already knew the answers to most of the questions and were just ticking the correct choices. This happened clearly in the exam. This is clear cheating, and there is no other word for it. With or without Pressid, first class students will always have opportunities in the world, but let's not gang up and support fraudulent and criminal activities because we are beneficiaries. After all, these are the youths that are supposed to make this country a better place. If they are behaving like this because of just Pressid, I wonder what they will do if they have access to billions.

Very well said. But there are over 60% who made the list without using the software.Or do you have any concrete evidence to show all scholars use the software? By the way many of the scholars I have met here and via facebook have other good opportunity, if not scholarship then a good job. I understand your grieve cos I have suffered the same before. But then life is about experience.
