I'm afraid you can't meet up with this admission period. You will have to wait till either Summer Semester or 2016 winter semester. Your transcripts can't be ready until your result has been released into your portal which will likely be around July-August. This is when you can request for transcripts. But presently, you will only be given 1st semester transcript which will not suffice. NOTE: NOUN will not hand it over to you, you will have to get it from them through school . Shalom

Abeg I applied for Pol.Sci masters(Internship route,not Coursework) at Memorial Univ, NewFoundland but was not admitted ;reason being "Meets Minimum Requirements but is not competitive in admissions competition"
Now,I want to refire seeking admission into European Studies (M.A)@Flensburg University....I do not want to make any error.Brodas over there ,kindly giv me info of what Flensburg is like,other info as per schs and admission and Germany at Large.

I applied to University of Bonn too. They didn't ask me to convert my grades to ECTS. They didn't even require the IELTS score I sent to them. I sent it to improve my chances of securing admission. The only school so far that asked me to convert my grades to ECTS is Uni of Jena. You can go to the Federal Ministry of Education to get the letter if you wish though it's expensive or go to your schools registrar to issue you a letter of proof of English at no cost.
