Really bizarre... And the rod went straight to the left side of his upper body, I'm guessing it missed the heart if not, he wouldn't be alive. |

He'll survive. All I see is below the skin piercing. No major organs or vessels were affected. I've seen one scenario where an iron rod went into the man's eye through the brain to the back of the skull and he also survived. |
