kay9: You're right. I'm not done with this episode just yet. I think king crow just made public enemy no 1 and I expect king white walker to send white walker assasins after Jon. So what's sansa going to do now that she knows that her brothers and true lord of the north is alive? |

May the spambots on this Nairaland languish in the seven hells. Them just ban me like that for no good reason, all the while I was itching to drop my thoughts on episode 8.  Thankfully the bans have been lifted. Lemme see it it allow me post it here... --- There I was expecting to see the wildlings marching quietly in twos through the wall with Jon supervising from a corner as described in the books only for my eyes to confront what turned out to be The Escape From Wildlings Country. Interesting stuff I say. Episode 08 is certainly the most action packed episode of the current season yet. At one point I thought I was watching WWZ 2, in a good way though. Jon's fight with the white walker commander was something, heck the entire battle scene with the walkers pressing at gates was well done. I hope the crows and the wildlings have enough dragon glass, they certainly will be needing it in the near future. Ayra's training in the House of B&W is coming along nicely. Seems like she is shaping up to be a Robin Hood type assassin for now. Theon finally finds his tongue and tells Sansa that her younger brothers are still alive. It was refreshing, at least for me, that she has found some modicum of hope... Now how to plan her emacipation from Ramsay. Can't help but think that Ramsay's request for 20 good man to take on Stannis at his camp will be his undoing. Let's see how that all goes. This was quite an enjoyable episode, looking forward to the remaining two. 2 Likes |

Akanniade: Was Jon's sword made from Valyrian steel? Either way the crows and the wildlings have better beef up their supply of dragon glass. They'll certainly be needing it. Episode 8 was kind of like watching WWZ part 2. Awesome!  |

blublahd: Actually there are about 200 Valyrian steel swords known in Westeros either lost or found or left, but only about 3 or 4 introduced in the show |

I've started noticing things... Notice the smirk on A-Girl-Named-Lana's face as she walked away with the "gift" from Jaqen H'gar? This girl is getting baaaaaaadd!  And how tall is Sansa?? Re-watching that scene with Reek... mehn, that girl is TALL. |

Tos87: There's Ice the ancestral Stark sword renamed after the original Ice that was taking off a white walker. Heart's Bane of House Tarly. Red Rain of House Reyne. Lamentation of House Royce. Lady Forlorn of House Corbray. Longclaw of House Mormont now in possession of Jon. Ice was split into Oathkeeper and Widow's Wail. Nightfall of House Harlaw. Brightroar of House Lannister lost about hundreds of years ago before the conquest. Blackfyre and Darksister of House Targaryen (i dont know what happened to them). Vigilance of House Hightower. Orphan Maker(forgotten the House). And so on. There's also a valyrian steel arakh by some sellsword. The thing is we haven't encountered or heard of them in the show. But there are more than three. Tywin tried to buy from minor lords but, they'd rather give up their daughters. |

If dragon glass kills white walkers and valyrian steel (forged in dragon fire) kills white walkers too... mark my words the mother of dragons is about to be the key to everything,episode 8 was dope AF,dayumnn,salivating,waiting for d nxt 2 episodes |
