hazard has gazillion number of minutes to have achieved those numbers. he appeared in all 38 league games of the season - so those numbers you posted are expected of him!

cesc is the heartbeat in their team - matter of fact, we should all gather together later today & send a collective curse to moyes. if we had LVG when cesc was unsettled @barca, he would have come to us then. moyes' body odour of failure didn't appeal to cesc.

cesc should get the credits for everything chelsea achieved this season. even from a deeper position, he was able to carve out chance after chance for his team mates. his performance tailing off should be blamed on jose's overusing of his players.

You are right, i overlooked the number of playing time. But still on that, Coogar, Young and Navas can't outplay Hazard if given the same number of playing time FOR NOW. Young improved but he's still won't outshine Hazard. If Young, Navas and Hazard were in Real Madrid, Young and Navas will be benched if a gaffer is to field one amongst the three. Only Sanchez i agree outshines Hazard. If I'm a coach, i'll purchase Sanchez over Hazard because of his pace and goals.

We're saying something alike. @ embolden, that's the point i used in rating Hazard above Fab. When the season started, Fab was head and shoulders above others, he's the engine of that team, but he couldn't keep it going while Hazard kept his till the end of the season. You can't blame Hazard for Mourinho's over-using of players which affected Cesc and Costa. Hazard managed to stay consistent and that's what singles him out as the best out of the team.

Fab had been injured during portions of the season as well, so that could account for his "inconsistent" showing towards season end.

Fabregas in 1 season made 18 assists, Hazard in 2 seasons made 16 assists. Is it that other players dont want to convert these Hazard chances intentionally wasting them and prefer Fabregas chances?

did you watch la liga this season? otamendi & mustafi formed a defensive rock for valencia. go & watch how they shackled barcelona.....they lost to busquests last minute winner but they had already battered MSN to a stupor!

Otamendi is NOT better abeg. Over the last 2-3 season's, Godin has been the most consistent and best Centre back in la liga. Also there is a reason why one is in the team of the season while the other is nowhere to be found.

you have not been paying attention. since around november last year, otamendi has become a force of nature. you cannot just beat him.....his partnership with mustafi for valencia should be used as a curriculum in football academies in europe!

see where otamendi stands in la liga....
in other words, if you take out the famous 6 goal-machines out of the equation in la liga, otamebdi is the best player in spain.

Godin has been the best centre back in La Liga this season just as He has been over the last 2-3 seasons. Dude has been Impeccable(For country too mind you). Had He been born German, He will simply known as GodTANK on these pages.

The League starts in August not November so we can't simply omit those two months. The official La Liga website has Godin in the team of the season not Otamendi.Think I'll go with them thank you.

hazard is better than young, navas, bolasie, etc. he's very durable but you cannot overlook the fact that he's overhyped. london clubs are desperate to produce a ballon d'or winner so they have been blowing bubbles inside hazard's rectum for ages......truth is, he's nowhere near that world class level yet.
