[color=#000050]The thing about blood oaths is that people normally take them when they believe they are so in love with each other and the only thing that mattered at that point in their lives was the both of them and the "love" they shared for each other.
At that point, the doors to their reasoning become shielded by their feelings and they just take such drastic decisions without even considering the consequences.

When eventually the love one of the partner has for the other begins to dwindle and he or she decides to leave the relationship, regret and repercussion become eminent.

but am forced to believe that these blood oat thing is no big big deal you can choose to break up and move on any day because even sex on its own is like having an oath but people break up and move on.
