My opinion: Islam is a political movement with the aim of global rule using religion as its tool with sharia as the platform. To achieve this goal any and every means is acceptable. The end justifies the means including deception, oppression, war, terror, injustice, democracy and rule of law, demographics, civil society, philanthropy, marriage, etc. The unbeliever has no status. He is dispensable without guilt feelings by the dispenser.

Leadership entails a lot of things, it’s not just about being honest, you need flexibility and other qualities, sometimes you have to be a fool to be a leader. Even the support Buhari got from the south is because they want him to do something drastic, drastic moves always backfire. Nigeria can’t take a drastic move, it needs a gradual process of getting there.

So inspite of your walk in life, you still failed to realise you've just contradicted yourself by saying the religion is not of peace but the Rich ones there are peaceful. You just showed the misunderstanding most people have about this religion. The religion has no problem or fault but a few people who are afflicted with poverty have.
Initially you said its the religion but at the end you said that poverty is the problem of this people. Which one do we believe?

Illiteracy they say is a Disease but I usually say Half education is dangerous. When you carry something that is more powerful than you and fail to fully understand it(half education), you tend to misbehave. The religion is too powerful and deep for human being to just comprehend with few isolated verses of its book. You need to be fully educated on it to understand how peaceful it is.

Most of the foot soldiers of BH are dangerous half educated morons who are brainwashed with carefully selected verses of the scripture but with intentional and malicious aim to misinform them.

There's what they call Entity concept in accounting. It is when you separate the company from the owners. Instead of all the hate statements you keep making about the religion, why not try to meet with someone(maybe a friend) who knows better about the religion as separate from the people practising it to enlighten you on it.

GEJ who wasn't part of the ruling elite knew he had to strike a fine balance between sectarian /ruling elites' vested interests and making reforms to drive towards modernity. Even at the expense of being called a coward. It was always going to be a difficult job for an outsider considered as a usurper by those who have controlled our politics for decades.
