What else can I do pls 2 get 10.3.1.xxxx pushed to my phone(Q10).
Even with wifi it kept saying I have d latest OS version..i am tired of dis 10.2.1 xxxx version.
My laptop is faulty so autoloader is not an option..pls what should I do...

Good afternoon guys...M having a problem o...after I downloaded play store using cobalt's procedures...I downloaded snap chat from the play store and when I tried to sign up..it kept on saying that it can't work without the Google play services in my fone...but the Google play services won't install on my fone. I guess the internet services breaks at some point which is why you're having that issue. Try a different WiFi if possible, but if all else fails, I guess you have to use autoloader.

It seems the Play Service wasn't installed properly. I'll suggest you uninstall all and try again. If after that you're still having issues, then the next step would be to patch snapchat so as to remove the Google play service depencies. Let me know how it goes before I post a link on steps to remove the dependencies. Which OS version are you on currently?
