I'm a konga fan, but we really have to call a spade what it is.....

Konga needs to buckle up, while jumia needs to close shop!!!!

Try getting a defective item from konga and attempt a process of an exchange, I'm sure u'd have a second opinion.... Konga Has No Buyer's Protection Policy Unlike Jumia! It took them 2months to return a defective phone I order from them. I got lucky after attacking them on twitter and threatening them with lawsuit....

Imagine me paying 10,200 naira as shipping fees just to get a Hifi sound system to my place.
That was my first and last order from em.

During the last fall yakata black Friday sales, I got two tabs, one lenovo and one bryte tab.

The lenovo was delivered within three days, from Lagos to ogbomoso...

However, the bryte tab wasn't shipped as it was already out of stock as at the time I was ordering, so they gave me another lenovo tab FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THE BRYTE TAB!!! (N5000 difference)

And it was delivered within days....kilo

I had a friend that ordered an infinix zero from jumia, and it took them one FULL month for them to deliver it. And that was with threats, calls, emails. I even blamed the guy for patronizing them, he should have opted for konga instead...

Its either konga or the nearby shop for me!!!

I even thought my browser was faulty when I saw that amount as shipping cost while trying to place the order. I refreshed the damn page and started over, still I got the same. I had to inquire from their customer care rep if there was an error cuz I wasn't ordering a car to be charged that kinda amount for shipping. All I was told is that it's system generated depending on the weight n size of what I'm ordering. And there was nothing like 'Pay on Delivery'. Kudos to Konga! Even though I wanna order a house, Konga hasn't charged me above 1k before. Sometimes it's free of charge. Since I never found the system at their website and the Samsung showroom I visited asked me to check back the following month, I had to settle with that Jumia of a store.

I ordered an innjoo i1s last year on jumia...i never received the phone...i ordered infinix hot on konga...i got it the next two days! Konga is awesome i tell you.

Have had nothing to do with Jumia and would never.... Despised them the moment I used their Android Mobile App..... Unorganized and Unattractive..... I have a knack for well organized and presentable layouts so I practically ruled them out when I saw they lacked such qualities. Well, glad I did. Konga all the way....


BTW, how've u been? Been awhile..... Can see 'work' is going just fine

Which state is this? DHL most likely will be the logistics company to deliver and of course you won't get pay on delivery.

For me, Konga is just the best for now. The only online mall that located my village for free delivery, they are just too superb.

read my post again and yes it was free delivery, I picked up my infinix hot at DHL office Rwan Pam Street back in February. Please study the pictures below and spot the difference between Konga and Jumia, the last pic is from Jumia you can see why many of us here preferred Konga.
