Splendid!! Long over due. The North needs to embrace modernization. With her population she could produce a work force capable of developing her. We need such development, education(modern Science - IT,Engr.,Medicine & managment sciences) & security.Ethno-Religious tolerance should be encouraged. Althought i have serious reservation having Igbos in the north. Considering there hatred. I acknowlegde there right to be treated fairly. But the impression they give is scary at the least. They act as enemies of the north. Whether we should see them as they are or pretend they are friends is a serious matter.
