If i'm understanding you very well - complete the filling of the forms and upload a copy of your passport photo, it should give you a confirmation number which starts with NGA***** at that point you can choose a date.

If it says date is not available, you will have to continue to try and get a date by clicking on print registered application from the homepage tabs, select Lagos and put in the NGA**** number and other infos, then select get appointment but i believe after about a week, you wont be able to look for a date again.

yes u av to put details of ur reference in India.... u can do dis by booking reservation for a hotel nd using d details of d hotel as ur reference in India... u can book tru hotels.com....... all d best!

My people..I've been trying to catch up by reading the previous pages. Getting the admission Is one thing, getting the Visa Is another. Going all the way to India and Egypt doesn't sound interesting at all. The so called Belgian embassy; from the stories people here have posted. It Isn't going to be easy when you need to tender return ticket again. I am an intending TUT undergrate for Integrated Technology. Next year applicant hopefully. I just hope before then, things change. But we should put heads together regarding how we can get this RP. Whether for PG or Undergraduate courses. I will be willing to contribute any vital information I am able to stumble across. Till then, let's put head together. Thanks people

Am Afeti, from Ghana and in Ghana.
I have also been following this thread for sometime now. I have also received admission for MSc Computer Science at University of Tartu. I know there is another person here who was expecting admission to the Software Engineering program. Would be great to know how it went.
Currently am also in the RP and visa situation. I know the German embassy in Ghana does issue Estonian Tourist visa but certainly not for study purposes. So i decided to talk to the Egyptian embassy in Ghana just to know the processes involved in their visa application. The lady who picked the called insisted that there was an Estonian Consular in Ghana(I had my own doubts because that information is not on the official website of the Foreign affairs ministry of Estonia). I called her again later and she provided me with a contact number today.
I called the "Estonian Consulate" and i was able to get an appointment for next week. Well, like i said am not too certain about this so i will just go there next week and if it is true that the embassy does exist, I will let you guys know. If it does exist, i will find out what type of visa can be acquired over there and if we can get the RP too there. Will also find out if other West African Citizens can apply here too.
Just keep your fingers crossed. Immediately I receive any news, I will let you guys know.

Nope, not really but i think enough info is here already. Tho na visa go be problem but if i don start my own na Benin République passport i go consider using because they have free visa to Georgia, Egypt and Turkey and i think that will be easier.

About the Estonia consulate in Ghana, I spoke with the consular's rep lat March or Feb and I was told that it isn't possible. I doubt the response though, because d person wasn't sounding convincing. Though a friend in Estonia told me that his friend who is a Ghana got his through the Ghana consulate.

about estonian consolate in ghana i called them just now one man pick the call, and said i should send, email and attarch all the ducment i have, for admision and then ask my question, But before then i got a reply from estonia police bodder and immigration saying that i can not aply my rp in ghana since what they have there is only honorary consolate. the only embassy in africa is in cairo

Hi guys, I am yet to get an appointment after two days of submitting my visa application for India. Is there anyone else in this situation? Can appointment be gotten manually by visiting their office in Lagos with the online print out of the application?

Is there anyone going through Egypt? Kindly shed more light about the process for their visa.
