My new infinix hot note pro is neither sending nor receiving messages on the MTN sim while the etisalat one has no such problems. I looked in the message center and the MTN number is there. Does anybody know what's wrong. I tried calling MTN but was cut off twice

Thanks for your help. I am going to the mtn service center later but I do intend to try the sms app to see its features.

the problem should be 4rm mtn, cos 2days now it takes time to reach dem nd even to subscribe for any data plan doesnt go immediately. I believe mtn machines ar faulty currently

The mtn sim that came with the phone is not registered that the issue, so go and register you sim an stop messing with you phone .

The phone is great for its price and everybody who saw the phone made positive comments about it.Battery life is good so far although I think batteries normally improve after a week or so. There is 25 gig of internal memory for your storage but I bought a 32 gig SD card to support that. It charges quote fast and the camera quality is good enough but I'm unable to determine whether it is 8 or 13 megapixel. The call quality is the only criticism I could level at it. It is acceptable but not top class. A good buy.

That device is still hot note and not hot note pro as Jumia claims..... Cos I can't find pro written on the pack or anywhere on the fone

Thanks for your help. There is nothing wrong with the phone, i went to the mtn center and they confirmed the mtn line was faulty. I placed another simcard in the phone and everything worked okay

hi pls am faced with same issue with my note pro. my glo sim works find but my mtn shows invaid imei. i cnt call or receive calls or do anything with it aside browsing with it i cnt even check my account balance. yet other sim works fine. aside the battery takes forvere to charge. i stay in lagos lekki/surulere
