Abi? but i am far from 14-never been there and can never go there; but do you believe that i weight 67/70 ? Yea muscles dear,that's why i am advising you to never check that scale,only your dress size.I will be worry if i weight less than 65,that's means I am losing up muscles.
By building them it will be a miracle to gain weight easily.

Beside weight goes together with height and age,someone can look okay but underweight,and that's the door to many illnesses...
